Required ABHS Event: Completing Final Paperwork and Chromebook Pick Up
Dear Students and Parents,
We are looking forward to the start of the 2024-2025 school year. A parent/guardian must come by the school on Monday, July 15th between 12:30pm and 3:30pm or Tuesday, July 16th between 9:00am and 12:00pm to complete final paperwork for this school year. New students will receive their Chromebooks and any missing items for registration should be turned in that day.
Final paperwork for all students
- Make sure you have completed your student’s online registration by Sunday, July 14th. If you have any issues please email Michael Kindel for help: mkindel@abhs.k12.nm.us
- Lunch Forms will be distributed and collected for all students during this time so please be prepared to complete a lunch form.
- If you have not yet paid the $60 tech fee, please come prepared.
New students need to also have these items in their file (If you have not already uploaded the above items with your online registration, then bring them with you.)
- State Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record or certificate of Exemption From School Immunization
- Final Transcript (if the student is bringing credits from another high school)
Student Schedules
Schedules will be given to students on the first day of school, only after all final paperwork on registration day is complete.
Student Agendas
Each student will receive an ABHS agenda. ABHS believes that agendas are an important tool for planning, organizing, and time management purposes.
Medications
students who will need medication kept at school: please do not bring the medication with you to registration. The health assistant will be available at a table to give you information on the check-in process and required paperwork.
