New Student Check In/Out System
Dear Parent/Guardians:
We have started using a new Student/Check In/Out Management System. Any parent/guardian that enters the building will need to have identification ready; they may be required to submit to digital image verification. Students will only be allowed to leave with whomever is listed on the checkout list and no student can be checked out via phone calls. All parents will need to enter the building to check their students out. This process takes less than 3 minutes and once the parent has completed it they can return to their vehicles and the student will be sent out.

Hemos comenzado a utilizar un nuevo sistema para entrar tarde y salir temprano para nuestros estudiantes. Cualquier padre/tutor que ingrese al edificio deberá tener una identificación lista; es posible que se les solicite que se sometan a la verificación de imágenes digitales. A los estudiantes solo se les permitirá irse con quien esté en la lista de salida y ningún estudiante puede salir a través de llamadas telefónicas. Todos los padres deberán ingresar al edificio para verificar la salida de sus estudiantes. Este proceso toma menos de 3 minutos y una vez que los padres lo hayan completado, pueden regresar a sus vehículos y se enviará al estudiante.
