What is Dual Credit?
The Amy Biehl Dual Credit Program supports students in experiencing success in college before leaving high school. At Amy Biehl, we want to make sure every senior is truly ready for the demands of college. That is why we require all seniors to complete two college courses at the University of New Mexico or Central New Mexico Community College before graduating. To provide more relevance to their studies, these courses are linked to their senior project. The program allows our students to earn college credit while still enrolled in high school. ABHS pays for dual credit courses and college books.
Some courses our seniors take are Business Ethics, English 101, Animal Advocacy, Public Speaking, Intro to Sociology,Intro Psychology and Web Collectivism and The Human Brain.
